Work Retreat 2026

Over 200 colleagues from our companies came together at the 2026 Orca Group Work Retreat. It quickly became clear that something bigger was taking shape from our individual companies.

Three days filled with inspiring conversations, fresh perspectives, and opportunities to explore topics together. Whether in workshops, small groups, or spontaneous encounters—that’s exactly where true collaboration takes shape.

The focus was on how we can better integrate our solutions. And when it comes to artificial intelligence, one thing became clear: we’ve been right in the thick of it for quite some time. Now the task is to harness that potential in a targeted way—in our products and for our customers.

What remains? A sense of satisfaction and the conviction that something truly unique is coming together here. We look forward to the next steps!
